2008 July > Eyes Wide Open Leadership Sinai was created in 1993 to encourage and cultivate the philanthropic involvement of young people in the community and also raise funds required by Mount Sinai Hospital and the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute. Event Chair, Sebastian Centner chose to enfuse the event with some suspense by selecting a hot venue and only announcing the location days before the show. A four hundred pound Bengal Tiger was outside the entrance to 'This Is London', alongside of body-painted (and head turning!) hostesses adding elements of surprise and drama to it all. Celebrity DJ Sky Nellor was at the turntables, while Dan Levy and Jessie Cruickshank M-C'd the evening's fun. The mission to draw a younger crowd and heat up the fundraiser with sexy-mystery-key selling ladies, and yes several pole dancers, to entertain the over 500 attendees, was a wild success.
