2008 July > Gypsy Circus

Outside of fairy tales and stories of wonder & enchantment I've rarely seen the like. Gypsy Circus, a collection of handmade exotic clothing, created by Sandra Iannucilli, are pure magic and works of art one and all. In her own words "Gypsy Circus is my soul expression from my personal Evolution. My designs are like my canvas, my stories are the paint. A fusion of textures and colours." When not gypsying around the world, Sandra is based in Montreal. Lucky for us Torontonians we can find some of these fantastic creations of wearable art at the 'Blue Banana' in Kensington Market. As well as meeting her in person (showing off her wares) at the Christmas 'One of a Kind' show at the Exhibition place.
