2008 July > Bellydance Conference

Hosted by the acclaimed Yasmina Ramzay - founder of Arabesque International (dance company, agency, orchestra & boutique) the conference, complete with lectures, workshops, and wild tapestries of human movement, was an experience in wonder. Fantastic ladies, colorful costumes, a rich heritage of vibrant dance. The marvelous and ever smiling Tito from Egypt even went into the audience and danced on chairs for his many adoring fans, demonstrating for one and all what it really means to make of life a celebration worthy of the gods! The closing night gala shook me up with excitement coupled with a choreography & wardrobe that made it a truly difficult engagement to leave. Story Marcus Schwartz & co.
