World AIDS Day with CANFAR and Youth Ambassador Keshia Chante

December 1st, 2010 marked the 22nd World AIDS Day. Since 1988, people around the world have shown their commitment to finding a cure by wearing a red ribbon. CANFAR President Christopher Bunting, along with CANFAR volunteers, the new CANFAR Youth Ambassador Keshia Chanté and Sarah Taylor from MuchMusic spent the afternoon raising awareness and gathering more people to hoist Canada’s largest red ribbon in Yonge-Dundas Square.

Organized by the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research, CANFAR is Canada’s only independent charitable foundation dedicated to eliminating HIV/AIDS through research.
