Sabine and Darinka - a joy to share with

Buddha Groove

Start with some new ideas, add in a bunch of great vibes, mix with fantastic foods, conscious people and a whole lot of musical beats and you begin to get a feel for this night's fun at the Buddha Groove. Helen Goldsteing puts on a great monthly meeting full to the brim with fun and 'delicious' sharing, loving and caring folks who seem to have their 'eyes open' for healthy ways to be alive. One of the performances was lead by Terri Segal from Rhythmic by Nature, where dozens of drums were brought in for people to participate and to experience their natural rhythmic selves. Once the drumming began the dancers emerged, and the energy in party rose to the roof. Everyone had a great time! For $25 you were able to enjoy well-made food, gifts, a party until midnight, and the opportunity to meet 'like-minded-folk'. The next ones are July 9th at Hart House with DJ medicineman and Aug 11th at the Balmy Beach Club with bellydancing by Roula Said. www.BuddhaGroove.ca for all the fun details!!!
