Opening of Cardio-Go at Simcoe Place
Monday, January 18th was the opening day of the second downtown location of Cardio-Go, located on the concourse level of Simcoe Place (200 Front Street) at the corner of Front and Simcoe. Cardio-Go is a small, personalized, well equipped fitness studio with top-of-the line equipment and experienced trainers. They offer Strength training, Cardio boot camp, Chiropractic and massage services. They are welcoming guests to tour their new location and check it out anytime. Promoting the grand opening, monthly membership fees were discounted for the first 200 members.
