Camp Jumoke’s Annual “Turtle Walk”

The 16th annual Turtle Walk-a-thon took place at Queens Park on May 29th and was a huge success in helping to raise funds in order to send children with sickle cell disease to summer camp. The family fun event with live entertainment was hosted by Nathan Downer and Michelle Hughes of CP24, with special performances by Shannon Maracle and the Quency Bullen Band. There was also a vendors market to promote health and wellness and a children’s activity area with a petting zoo! To learn more and help with this great cause, please visit www.jumoke.org
